Mawlānā Mohammad Nawaz was born in Chicago and has been residing in Aurora, Illinois for the past twenty years. He completed his ḥifẓ at Masjid Ibrahim (MSI) and went on to pursue the ʿĀlimiyyah program at DarusSalam Seminary, where he successfully completed his traditional Islamic studies. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Islamic Sciences and specializing in Ḥadīth and Tafsīr at DarusSalam Seminary.
Mawlānā Mohammad holds ijāzahs in the ten modes of Quranic recitation as well as in the six major books of hadith. His dedication to both the intellectual and spiritual dimensions of Islamic scholarship reflects his commitment to preserving and transmitting the rich legacy of traditional learning.
